Thank you for your interest in participating in Lobby Day, September 2009.  Below are the steps to register. The entire registration process will take approximately ten minutes. Please be aware there are separate registrations for the basic training (mandatory for all first time advocates), the EDC reception, and for Lobby Day itself. You must register for each individual activity that you would like to attend. Registration payments will be accepted via Paypal.

Please follow the registration steps below in order:

  1. Click here to visit the USPS home page and find your nine digit zip code.
  2. Once you have found your full zip code, cut and paste it into into the apprpriate box on the top left corner of the House of Representatives homepage and press enter. Your local representative will then be displayed. Please make a note of your nine digit zip code, your local representative's name, and your local representative's address and phone number, as you will use this information later.
  3. If you are a first time advocate, you must register for and attend our free basic training. All first time advocates, please click here to register for the EDC basic training. When you have finished, please move to step 4 to register for Lobby Day itself. If you are not a first time advocate, you may skip step 3 and move directly to step 4.
  4. Step four allows you to register for lobby day itself. While registering, we ask that you please insert your nine digit zip code and your representative's name and contact information in the "comments" field of the registration page. This information is essential for placing you on a lobby day team. Please click here to register for Lobby Day. When you have completed your registration, please move to step five.
  5. We welcome you to join us for our EDC Reception and Meet and Greet Social on the evening of Setpember 24th. Please click here to register.
