Researchers Respond!
Effective Treatment
for Eating Disorders
April 26, 2006 - The EDC hosted a Congressional Briefing at the U.S. Capitol,
focusing attention on a new report on eating disorders by the Agency for
Healthcare Research and Quality. The report addresses evidence-based
research on the efficacy of various types of eating disorder treatment.

The report commissioned by the Agency for Healthcare
Research and Quality is available online now at

clinicians, employers, policymakers, and others make informed decisions
about the provision of health care services. This report is intended as
