MetroRail ("subway") and MetroBus service. The Holiday Inn on
The Hill
is on the MetroRail RED line,
between Judiciary Square and Union Station. If you don't
know the area, use the more popular Union Station. The conference
hotel is a short walk from either Metro station.

MARC Trains
The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) offers inexpensive ($9
one way) commuter train serve between Union Station in Washington,
D.C. and Baltimore's BWI Airport. Monday through Friday only.
